Globally speaking, research in female health and female representation in health studies has been vastly insufficient. In response to healthcare systems and governments that have failed them, women have taken it upon themselves to produce technology to support their health journeys. FemTech, or innovation that supports and improves female health by way of software, products, pharmaceuticals, and technology.
Let’s hit you with some facts:
FemTech innovation has already improved the health of females and families around the world in many ways, however FemTech innovators are still forced to overcome industry specific challenges (education, funding, and women’s health being of low priority, to name a few). With this event, we will engage enterprise clients and the broader tech community through interactive presentations of cutting edge FemTech products and a panel of key leaders in the female health space. Attendees will walk away with a broader understanding of FemTech as a tech category, and the knowledge and resources to break down traditional barriers to innovation in female health.
