Panel Discussion

While many of us are aware of “family planning” and the idea of planning your life around having a family, future planning refers to the idea that understanding your body and your fertility much earlier on can empower women to make decisions for their future with that knowledge in mind. In this conversation, we’ll sit down with experts in fertility nutrition, fertility tracking, egg freezing, and pregnancy and nursing care to discuss the tools available for planning the future you want, regardless of your career or life stage.
